Las Vegas Aesthetic
One year later, I am still daydreaming about this eclectic mid-century vibey hotel, Virgin Hotel Las Vegas.
If I had to define my personal aesthetic, this hotel would be the perfect representation. The meticulous attention to detail, the thoughtfully chosen color palettes, and the diverse range of activities beyond gambling make it a standout choice. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas Strip, with a lighter emphasis on gambling, this spot should definitely be on your radar.
When choosing a hotel, I typically consider factors like aesthetics, cleanliness, available amenities, the type of crowd it attracts (whether it’s more family-oriented or caters to adults), and, of course, safety. Based on those criteria, I would give this stay a solid 10/10. Admittedly, I might be a bit biased since I got to see my favorite country singer, Kelsea Ballerini, live with my best friend during our visit, but like I mentioned earlier, I daydream about my next stay here all the time.
Yes, you read that right—this hotel boasts a massive concert venue, and staying here was the best decision of our weekend. It was incredibly convenient to be in the same place as the event that brought us to Vegas in the first place. Plus, it saved us a bunch on food, drinks, and transportation. I can’t recommend this enough if you’re planning a similar trip.
For those new to Vegas (this was only my second time here), be prepared for some sticker shock. A bottle of water can cost almost as much as a cocktail. I wish I were joking! To avoid this, I suggest planning ahead and picking up a case of water from a nearby convenience store. Whether or not you plan on drinking much, remember—you’re in the desert!

Until we meet again Vegas 🙂
